Kickz Soccer UK has the experience to support recreation programs in a variety of ways.   We have the practical and organisational skills to create a professional and successful program within your community.

                                                                                                                                                                                  Our innovative program design and exciting curriculum will meet the needs of recreation players of all ages. In addition to our player support, we can work with you to support parent coaches through structured program literature and training support sessions.

Kickz will also ensure that the program has an organised and set weekly topic to ensure that children experience specific drills and activities delivered by both our professionals and your parent coaches.  This enables clear continuity and skill development.

Our staff have the flexibility and experience to work with children from Kindergarten thru Grade 8.  We will be supported by our professionally developed program to ensure a high quality and thoroughly enjoyable experience for all players.

Program/curriculum develpment

Our program development team has vast experience and expertise of soccer specific curriculums.  In addition to over 15 years of working with children in soccer specific environments, our project manager boasts a teaching background and University degree. 

We are confident that this combined experience will ensure the success of your recreation program.

Recreation training program

Our coaching team will follow a pre-agreed curriculum to ensure it meets the needs for both the program and its participants.  It will also enable parent coaches, administrators and parents to identify the skills topic focus on a weekly basis as opposed to the random and fragmented training activities that can often be experienced.

Parent coach delivery program

It is important that parent coaches have access to appropriate support for the delivery of a correct and successful program.  In our experience, the range of parent coaching ability varies from complete beginners to those with extensive knowledge and background of the game.

The parent coach delivery program will give literature support to coaches and will follow the same format as the professional training program to ensure specific skill continuity and progression on a weekly basis.

The parent coach program also offers fundamentals of coaching and working with young people and also covers the 16 laws of the wonderful game!

Parent coach support

Kickz Soccer offer practical training sessions to support parent coaches enrolled on your program.  Our professional trainers will give tips, ideas and deliver a variety of sessions that can be used throughout the season.

Parent coaches will be introduced to the key points of basic aspects of the game including passing, shooting, dribbling and heading.  This is key at recreation level as many young players develop 'bad habits' from incorrect coaching techniques.

Although the basics are important for all ages, our staff will also demonstrate progressions from the basics to suit all ages and abilities.

Our friendly staff will also be available to answer questions and discuss any issues that the parent coach may have.
