SPEED AND AGILITY

For sports such as soccer, basketball and tennis absolute speed is not the most important factor for a player, speed off the mark and agility are!
How often does a soccer player spring 50 metres in a straight line?
Players do not have to be gifted with great speed to succeed in speed and agility program's.  Our speed and agility clinics will encourage quick reactions and movemnt of players.
Our aim of for players to move at least 5 yards before their opontnet has even thought about it.
A basic outline for a typical program would include:
Sprinting

  • Cruise and speed

Our speed and agility clinic will make players faster with and without the ball!
Kickz uses a variety of the latest equipment in order to enhance the program.
Player profiles will be developed to ensure progression throughout the program.  This will be made available to each player at the end of the program so they can identify areas of strength, weakness and progression
